These data are visible at a regional scale and cannot be viewed at resolutions more detailed than 1:25,000. This view only service may be accessed and used free of charge subject to the terms and conditions of the Open Government Licence.

Coal Mining Data Theme

The data available in the Coal Mining Data theme of the Interactive Map contains Coal Authority information © The Coal Authority, 2023. These data are visible at a local scale and can be viewed at scales larger than 1:25,000. This view only service is provided pursuant to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ("EIR") and may be accessed and used free of charge subject to the terms and conditions of Non-Commercial Government Licence.

For the avoidance of doubt, information from the Coal Mining Data theme must not be used for commercial purposes or financial gain. Extraction or reproduction of information from this theme for use within a commercial search report (including for a "nothing found" report) will constitute a breach of the Coal Authority' s intellectual property rights and is not permitted without an appropriate commercial licence from the Coal Authority.
